Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day…unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear.
Dr. Whitmire peacefully entered into Eternal rest the 1st day of May. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mrs. Elsie Whitmire; son, Michael Whitmire; daughter, Judith Enders, M. D. (Kevin); mother, Rosa Whitmire; brother, Gerald Whitmire, M. D. (Carolyn) granddaughters and grandson, Savannah, Sascha, and Solomon Enders; niece, Alicia Whitmire and many other dear relatives and friends.
Dr. Whitmire’ s life will be celebrated Saturday, May 9th at 10:00 AM, Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, 3826 Wheeler Avenue. Mrs. Whitmire and family will receive calls of condolence prior to service beginning at 9:00 AM. The Alpha Omega tribute is scheduled for 9:30 AM.
Interment Paradise North Cemetery.
