I used to work with Michael. He was smart and helped me with the training tests. He was an excellent salesman. One time when BJ was small (about the same age as my son) he knew I had too many gerbils. My son brought a gerbil home from the school science class, and it had babies. So I drove one in a cage to deliver to Michael. He was so funny...he said " ooh...that thing looks like a rat." But he took it home to his son....somewhere along the way, he acquired a hamster...he put them into the cage together. At first, they fought, but he later said that "they are buddies."
I had lunch with him once after that with a co-worker to catch up at Cheddar's restaurant. He was working at Verizon Wireless...about 5 years ago.
I just heard he has died.
I miss my friend.
