My deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family of Dr. Keenar Black.
Keenar worked on my staff for three months at Army CID/MPFU. She was extraordinary in every way. In the few short months on the team, she made me a better person and leader because of can do spirit and attitude. I was just starting to understand that depth and breadth of her knowledge and experience. During her time with us, she demonstrated unparalleled and exceptional skills in the supply management area. She was honest and direct, which I fully appreciated. She was an invaluable member of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, 701st Military Police Group and the Major Procurement Fraud family. In times like this, I am reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6:
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Peace and Comfort in the days ahead!
