Doris was my third cousin, and in the last 8 years, we spent a lot of time together going to Kroger, Church's Chicken, watching the basketball games, at the ranch and at the house. She loved Church's wings and Whataburger. She was very reserved and quiet; however, I would get a good laugh out of her sometime. She talked a lot about Wheatley High School, growing up, her mother, grandmother, and my mother. We had fun times together, and I will realky miss her. Rena
Ms. Doris will be greatly missed. Her presence spoke volumes and her kind heart was felt and known throughout the community, and the lives she impacted.
