I have only known Bonnie for a year or so. We met working at elections and even though we may not have been on the same side politically, I felt a connection with her right away. We bonded over food! We had long days of working early voting and shared many recipes, food likes and dislikes, and I was so impressed by her intelligence and leadership. And she shared some great cracklins with me, which i so appreciated. She will be missed!
