Mr deepest condolences to the entire Bower’s Family on the loss of a special person. I knew Willie from the time he retired from the Navy and came to work for me at SOUTHCOM, TNCC. I have been truly blessed to get to know him not just as an employee, but also as a friend. He was a very special person who made everyone he met feel special. He will be missed by our organization and by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
