Mr. William Ray Fleming entered into eternal rest on November 4, 2021.
His life will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Rose Chapel of Mabrie Memorial Mortuary. Visitation will be prior to service, starting at 10:00 a.m.

His final salute and honors will take place at Houston National Cemetery.
