Mr. Vincent Joseph's Obituary
Vincent Joseph was a quiet, simple man of few words to those who truly knew him, but definitely knew how to have great time, when celebrating a joyous occasion. Vincent departed this earth peacefully on Friday, December 6, 2024, in Houston, TX where he’s lived for over 40 years with his family. He was born on November 5, 1936, to the late Elizabeth Eleanor Burnett and Louis Joseph in his native homeland of Tobago, W.I.
He served in the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment and attained his final rank of Sergent upon his departure from the island. Vincent, with his family, had set out to migrate and pursue a new life in the United States. Once settled in Texas, Vincent used his military background to work for various high-profile companies in the security field. He was truly dedicated to and had a passion for ensuring everyone’s safety. No matter where or the time, he sought enjoyment in listening to music, dancing, playing cards, watching sports, joking around and enjoying some good old trash talk. With such a kind heart and a loving spirit, Vincent made friends everywhere he went. He was a great husband, to his wife, but most of all he was the best father ever, definitely one of a kind!
Vincent Joseph is survived by his wife Helen Vialva-Joseph (Children) Monique Francis, Jermaine Francis (Son-in law), Marlon Joseph, Peggy Joseph, Jillian Joseph (Grandchildren) Jaliah Francis, Jailen Francis, Aubrey Joseph, Harmonee Joseph, London Joseph, Kqurstin Norris (Great grandchild) Addison Norris (Siblings) Kenneth Burnett, and Irmine Burnett. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Marlon Vincent Joseph Jr., along with his two siblings, Thomas and Jemma Burnett.
Vincent Joseph enjoyed his life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by all.
