Words cannot describe how special Mrs. LaCour was to me. I would call her any chance I could, and talk to her for hours. She was always so supportive, strong minded and dedicated to her students. I will definitely cherish every moment I spent with her. Mrs. LaCour was an amazing teacher, counselor, and friend.

Great person and great teacher, I was an exchange student from Mexico when I met her, she was my english teacher, I have so much memories of her. I am thankful for having you as a teacher.

Our deepest condolences to the LaCour family. Mrs LaCour taught my children in junior high school. They are 31 and 27 years old now. They just the other day were talking about her ,sharing memories and how fun and down to earth she was in her teachings and talks with them. May God continue to bless the family and may Mrs LaCour rest in peace.
Loved working with her and seeing how she worked with the students. But more than that, I'm going to miss the conversations that we had. We might not have always agreed about things, but at least we listened and agreed to disagree. LaCour, as we knew her, was always teaching us something about life.
