We Praise God for our dear family member Manson. We praise God for the Godly hertiage that he followed and teached which was passed down from our Godly ancestors. RIH cousin. Love from your large family here in California.

I was glad that I had an opportunity to meet Pastor Johnson in 2005 thru 2011. Coming to bible study in Tuesdays help me to grow closer to God. Thank God for his words of encouragement and may God bless his family as well as Holman Street Family.

Condolences to 1st. Lady Zelda and family.
To my Father in the Ministry Pastor Johnson,
may you rest in peace. To be absent from the
body is to be present with the Lord. Thank you for all your teachings, preaching, hours
of mentoring, feeding of the word to enable
me to feed others, that they might be saved.
Your Son in The Ministry...Zachary Glover Sr.
I thank God for the life of Pastor Johnson. I was a new believer in Christ when I came to Holman Street B.C., in the early eighty's. It was his teaching at our weekly Tuesday night bible studies that taught me to have a daily quite time with the Lord and gave me a love for the word of God. Next to my earthly Father, to date, no other man has impacted my spiritual life more than Pastor Johnson. He truly was a Shepherd-Teacher. God is the God of all comfort, I pray he gives you the grace you need moment by moment to face the days ahead.
Thanking God for Shepherd-Teacher Manson B. Johnson II. Grateful for being one of his sheep. Praying for Sis. Zelda, Bracy, Matthew, Michelle, and the rest of the family. May God give you the peace that surpasseth all understanding. -- Artie Hill
Shepherd-Teacher have been pastoring me and literally all my family for the 43 years of his pastoral ministry. He meant so much to me and my family. I think my uncle Frank Harrison was the first funeral he officiated upon becoming Pastor. He graciously rendered his service to my family.
He was a great mentor to my sons and nephews. He really cared about the black young men, young people; matter of fact all youth and children.
I thank GOD for instilling in Shepherd-Teacher, a true servant heart. Preaching and teaching, we the HSBC family did get. He sowed the WORD into our lives, which have impacted my life greatly.
His memories will never be forgotten. I do know his absence from the body assures me of his presence with the LORD.😇💖
Shepherd Manson Johnson did the eulogy for my husband. My husband was not united with a church, but Rev. Johnson had him unite with Holman Street Baptist Church. My husband's father was a Baptist Minister from Florida, and when he visited us, on several occasions, he attended Holman Street. Shepherd Johnson allowed him to do the sermon, AND, kindly provided a benevolence. We will forever be grateful for having known Shepherd Johnson.
We offer our deepest sympathy to the Family, and May Peace Be With You.
