Your spirit is always here!

Shaunda Gittens-Gordon, such a beautiful young Woman inside and out. You will be missed. RIH🕊️️🕊️️🕊️️and may God grant Peace and Comfort to your Family as only HE can 🙏🏾🙏🏾❣️️

Dearest Shaunda,
You are the sweetest soul ever. Deborah and I cannot believe we won’t see you laugh and smile, enjoy you presence as we gather together and have the occasional life discussions. Watching you grow for 20 years has provided special memories and added joy to our lives.
You are that special light that lightens life’s load. We know God has called you home and we’re filled with joy about that. With that, it will still take some time to move beyond the grief of losing our time together on earth because you are with the Lord.
We love you!
Brian, Deborah, Cory, Devyn, and Chase
Shaunda you are literally one of the most beautiful souls that I have had the pleasure of being my friend. You’ve always had a way of helping me see things in a different light. So much so that I called you my Sunflower. You helped me see things within myself that I didn’t even know was there. I thank you for being a genuine friend. I never imagined that I would have to say farewell so soon but I am thankful for the years and the memories. You have definitely left an impression on my heart that will live on forever. I pray that God will be with the family and additional friends that you had to be leave behind every day and in every way. One thing is for certain we will all see you again one day. I love you always.
Shaunda was so genuine and pure in heart. Definitely like a precious gem; very rare and unique. Her unique loving, joyous and sweet spirit radiated through her gorgeous smile. I can truthfully say this because I have known Shaunda all of her life and she never changed. Shaunda, my Goddaughter was the sweetest, kindest, loving, caring soul ever. She was always giving and willing to help out in any way she could. As a child, she helped mother at her Godbrother's birthday parties. As an adult, she spent nights at my house as she dog sat. Her radiant smile always warmed my heart as she gave me a big hug and a kiss. The last time I saw Shaunda was in 2019 at her Graduation Celebration and the last time I had spoken with her was on Thanksgiving 2021. At that time, she had expressed that she spent the night with her mother; giving her the attention and medicine that she needed. That was Shaunda, giving her all in a loving and Christlike manner. I thank God and her mother, my friend, Lynda for allowing my husband, Dale and I to be her Godparents. Shaunda truly brought love, joy and happiness into our lives. Absolutely, Shaunda was a gift from God. A genuine precious gift from God. We will always love you, Shaunda and we will never forget you! We will truly miss you, Shaunda!

Shaunda was one of a kind. She always wore a smile on her face for as long as I have known her. I remember meeting her at Elkins High School and she was so sweet. I’m going to miss seeing her post on Facebook and that beautiful smile. Duane we are here for you as you already know. We go way back bro. Rest In Peace Shaunda until we meet again.
