Ronald J. Fleming attended Huston Tillotson college with me Wanda SessionPerry back in the 1968. He and his twin brother were students guides along with Robert Hayes to show freshman around the campus. We also dated a while, so sorry to hear about his passing. Very sorry to hear of your loss. Always enjoyed my visits with Mr Fleming at TWC offices, we had the Pearland connection as well. I got to see the boys with their dad one day out at Baybrook Mall. All were dressed up going to an event and they all looked like a million dollars. Mr Fleming was extremely proud of his boys. May you live with the wonderful memories and always remember what a great husband, dad & friend he was.
Sonya, Don, and family, I have known Ron for the last 6 years from the time we worked at TWC together to the present. He has been a positive example both as the leader of our organization and a mentor. I will truly miss our conversations about the twins, work and life in general. His legacy will live on because it has effective so many people in a special way. I salute you my fellow brother, a Soldier for the nation and Servant for God's Army.
Ron was a true inspiration in supporting and directing the workforce development mission at our company. On my many interactions with Ron during the past few years he emphasized the importance of finding careers for individuals--not just providing the educational component. His guidance had a profound impact on the way we now approach our mission, so I owe him a lot. Sonya, Don, and family, I have known Ron for the last 38 years from the time we worked at TDCA together to the present. Ron stayed in contact with me, even when I left Texas some 34 years ago. He talked glowingly about his twin brother Don as well as prideful and lovingly about Sonya and his twin boys. He indeed had a life presence and his memories will sustain his spiritual presence with friends and family. My prayers are with you but know that his spirit of life will remain with you and us forever!

I had the honor of working with Mr. Fleming at TWC/DARS. He always spoke so fondly of his wife and children. His boys brought him great joy. Always the sharp dresser and social influencer. I learned a lot from Mr. Fleming. He will be sincerely missed.
