Mr. Ray Anthony Osborne Sr.'s Obituary
Ray Anthony Osborne Sr. was born on May 26, 1960, in Houston, Texas, and peacefully passed away on March 24, 2024. He attended Worthing High School before embarking on a fulfilling career as a truck driver. Ray dedicated many years of service to the City of Houston in the Solid Waste Management department, where he excelled as a Senior Operator.
Ray came from a loving and extensive family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosie Lee Scott and Rafe Osborne, as well as his sister Betty Wilkinson. He also mourned the loss of Cleophers Littemi (Father-in-law) and Daniel Walsh (Stepfather-in-law). Ray is survived by his devoted wife, Ayieko Lorrayne Osborne, whom he married on February 3, 2012, surrounded by their cherished family members.
Ray leaves behind a legacy of love through his children: Sjolanda Rocio(Tabari), Jacquelyn Rocio, Ray Anthony Osborne Jr., and Rayjean Osborne. His memory is further cherished by his nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Known affectionately as "Big Daddy”, Ray was an incredibly proud hard worker who lived by the motto "No rain, sleet, nor snow shall stop the US Mail”. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including his love for the Lord, fishing, cruising, and driving trucks. A diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, just like his father, Ray proudly supported "America's team" and always had a comeback for any criticism they faced. He adored his family, enjoyed listening to blues and country music, and had a generous, kind, and humorous spirit that drew people to him. Ray will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he loved and touched…
