Her life will be celebrated Saturday, October 15, 2022, 1:00 p.m. in the Rose Chapel at Mabrie Memorial Mortuary. Visitation will be prior to service starting at 12:00 p.m.
After her funeral service, Mrs. Philomena Anchi Fobeneh will be buried at Houston Memorial Gardens cemetery. After final rites at cemetery, a reception will be held at Kaylani Ballroom, 11747 HWY 6, Sugar Land, TX 77498.
