Too the amazing teacher I had in high school!! We had ours days I would always remember him saying ( Sanders) sit down.. and of course I wouldn’t listen and he was a wonderful 11th grade teacher I had!! I was the only student he would let call him Peter we had that great relationship we’re he told me my senior year love you sanders.. do good in life and I thank him for that he was a blessing to be my teacher in high school..

To the family, friends and students of Kashmere Sr High School: May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. A gentleman of high intellect. Rest well Peter. 🕊️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🕊️

Nagy got me through my first year of teaching, which lasted though 3 schools until I found my fourth. He helped me with my divorce, which lasted until my children were grown. There were times when I felt broken by one then the other would just come and obliterate my soul. I'll miss sharing politics. I'm going to miss, as the whole world will, his book on the dehydration of boxers to make weight. There are so many play dates he's going to miss with grandchildren. There's so much we will all miss from his fierce tenacity of being a good human being. Can you imagine how much better the world would be if everyone had just a single friend who brought honesty into their lives? Who will we have to help clear away the muck of today's politics? Nagy you brought more than you know. But, hey, you got time to play with Tuco and the boys' pomeranian. Take this rest you truly deserve while we remember your accomplishments ❣️️
Peter was a loyal, big hearted man, giving and kind,I’m really glad we renewed our friendship after many years , I wish to extend my condolences to Loretta and the family, and keep you in our prayers.
An intellectually blessed and genuinely committed educator, Mr. Nagy made a profoundly lasting difference in the lives of so many Kashmere High School students over the years. As he makes his Glorious Transition, we, his former colleagues and co-laborers-in-education, pray for God’s amazing grace, mercy and goodness upon his wife, sons, and other family members and friends.
