Patricia and I were high school/college friends. We both moved to Texas from Loiusiana, she Houston, and I, Austin. After moving to Austin, she came up to visit me, welcoming me to the state. My first trip to New Orleans/Mardi Gras was with Pat, and I played piano at her wedding. I will now cherish the talks and fun memories of our youth. My condolences to her entire family.
I pray that one day we will learn to respect and honor individuals who give so much to politics as the Honorable Mrs. Patricia Mitchell Frazier.
Pat Frazier was an extraordinary woman. A politician's politician, she knew how to finesse the constituency and garner support for the candidate. Well spoken, Pat was adept at translating the written word into exceptional literary script that could convey strict fact with perfected aplomb. I will miss her. Pretta

My deepest heartfelt condolences to the family. Patricia was a remarkable person, activist and seamstress. In 1983 she made a beautiful formal gown for me and I still have it to this day. She will be greatly missed.
