Mrs. Tibbs is survived by her daughters and sons, Rosie Norton (Rev A. D. Norton), Zelma Neloms, Mae O’Brien, Helen Perkins, Lawrence Neloms (Shirley) Terry D. Tibbs (Ruby), Bishop Albert R. Tibbs (Denise) and Janice Harris (James) and many other dear relatives and friends.
Her husband, Albert Tibbs and daughter, Alma Jasper preceded her in death.
Her life will be celebrated at Cloverland Church of Christ, 11903 Scott St., Thursday, May 28th, 12:00 PM.
