Transition from his earthly labor to receive his heavenly reward May 1, 2017.
Executive Chef Mark provided catering to Fortune 500 clients, small business and VIP clients for more than 15 years. Recipient of the E-10 Award for top Minority-Owned businesses, he was one of top 25 caterers in the City of Houston for the past 9 years. Having served in the U.S. Army Reserve, he was a graduate of the U.S. Army Reserve Food Service School. His life will be celebrated Saturday, May 13th at 11 AM. Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 9 AM.
Both services will be held at Brentwood Baptist Church, 13033 Landmark St.
He leaves in God's care his daughter, Ebony Latigue; parents, Martin and Olga Latigue; brother, Jerry Thomas; granddaughter, Aiyana Rogers and many other dear relatives and friends.
