Larry and I would have looooooong conversations over some food every time we saw eachother at SHFL. He had a wild sense of humor and didn’t play about his food. We talked about this and that and nothing at all but conversation never went dry. He had a strong presence, between his stature and the look he gave you that said “I dare you to try it.” But he was a gentle person who liked music, food, good conversation, and movies. You are already missed my friend. Descansa bien.

Larry was a sweet person and I have great memories of him.. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. May God bring you comfort and peace.
Love Always,
Carolyn Presley & Family
My uncle Larry was a funny one 😂, mama always told me stories about him and he’d tell me his own stories or his version of the story. I’d love going with my mom to go to 3rd ward to see him for financial purposes. I always told her I ain’t wanna go but I went anyways cuz I deeply did— I loved seeing him. I’d go in the stores with him and he’d show me and my mama off “this is my niece & my sister” or sometimes it would be me by myself and he’d introduce me. I love uncle Larry it’s been so long since I’ve seen him in 3rd ward and didn’t expect that time to be my last 💔. But he know he’s loved and missed very much
I used to pop up on unc, not knowing he was gon put me to work wit him. Plenty times I'd go by, an he'll be getting ready to go paint somebody house, or cut somebody grass, or anything. He made sure I was gon help him do it. Lol. He'd say nah nephew, you shouldn't have came, now u gon work. Lol. It was always cool tho. I never minded neither. I'm really gonna miss that dude I swear. 😢😢😢
