Kevin Thompson was born September 3, 1964 in Houston, Texas.
Kevin was formally educated in Houston, Texas. He attended Houston Community College and obtained an Associate Degree in Drug Counseling and later received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Houston.
Kevin accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church serving under the leadership of Pastors Rudy and Juanita Rasmus.
Kevin was a kind and caring person. He loved family and friends. He was always willing to help in any way he could. He had a special passion for children which made him an excellent baby sitter for his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed cooking and singing.
Kevin's mother, Mrs. Willie Jeanette Lynch, grandparents, Willie H. Thompson and Lacy Ross Thompson and uncle, Freddie Lee Thompson preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memories, siblings, Dannielle Thorne (Jerry), Stephanie Stephens (Austin, Jr.), Arnold Lynch, Marcus Lynch and Erica Mitchell; aunts Wanda Eagleton, Judith Thompson. Patricia James and Laritha Nickerson; uncle, Willie Thompson, Jr.; nephews and nieces, Samuel Green, Kristopher Green, Tequila Woods, Kaleb Sharpe, Marcus C. Lynch, Breanna Thorne and Austin "Lil A" Stephens, III; two great nephews, Kristopher Green, Jr. and Jace Green; and many other dear relatives and friends.
Carrington, Kevin's pal, will also miss his companionship.
