Mr. Kenneth Quazel Terrell departed this life on August 11, 2021.
His life will be celebrated on Saturday, August 21, 2021, 12:00 p.m. at Bayou City Event Center, 9401 Knight Rd, 77045. Visitation will be prior to service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
