I was probably the first kid that they met when they moved into the neighborhood. I remember them saying come here boy and stop teasing my dog. What's your name and where do you live. They knew my mom and dad and played cards and always had a good time. In the 50+ years of knowing her she always greeted me with a smile and laughter. So many memories of the boat and lake Somerville. I'll miss her alot
Miss Johnny was one of the nicest people I've met, how I met her , the dog died and Mr. O'Dell asked a friend of mine Toppy Joe to bury him I think that was in the late 70s or early 80s. Both her and Mr. O'Dell were nice people
Miss Johnny was like my other mother and I loved her very much she embraced me and my brothers just like we were her own children to always be missed and I know she's one of God's angels thank you Miss Johnny thank you Miss Johnny.
Johnnie Mae will be missed tremendously. She didn't bite her tongue when she had aomwthing to say. I used to love going to her house and her cooking was awesome. Rest easy Cousin
