I met Hattie while working at Gulf Oil. I will always appreciate and remember her guidance, compassion and beautiful smile. I am thankful for her sharing herself with me.
My childhood is full of warm memories of the Joseph family, who had a profoundly positive impact on my life. An example to the community, the Josephs showed us how a loving and spiritual family, staying united, could meet and conquer the challenges of the times. Their kindness has always meant the world to me. I will always hold Josephs close to my heart and in my prayers, especially Mrs. Joseph, whom I lovingly call "Mama Joseph".
