She is not lost our dearest love, Nor has she traveled far. She just stepped inside home's loveliest room and left the door ajar. Transition May 26, 2017 Goldie's life will be celebrated Thursday, June 1st, 10 AM. Visitation will be today, Wednesday, May 31st, 1:00 to 8:00 PM. Both services will be held in the Rose Chapel of Mabrie Memorial Mortuary. She leaves in God's care her loving and devoted husband, Oscar McDonald, Jr.; son, Eric Pruitt (Yolanda); stepdaughter, Yolanda Johnson and stepson, Oscar McDonald, III; sister, Vanessa Taffe; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many other dear relatives and friends.
