I would like to offer my condolences to Tayran Cephus Mitchell and her entire family(Arkansas,Houston). When I think of Ms. Barbara I remember her smile and her sweet quiet demeanor. At this time of mourning please remember the great times you shared with her. Look to God for comfort,peace and strength at this time, he will give you a peace that surpasses all understanding.
