I am Shirley, a cousin of Fred’s through marriage to his first cousin Victor.
Fred was always very mature, friendly and well versed in many areas; he absolutely loved family.
My oldest daughter was graduating college from San Diego State, and Fred happened to be in San Diego. He reached out to me, and I explained to him that, I’d love for him to come and escort his cousins ‘my daughters’, while they would be celebrating at different events that evening. In true Fred fashion, he showed up, hung out and brought them home.
The next day, he came back and we had so much fun, going down memory lane, about Aunt Darlene’s Family and Aunt Pauline’s Family; when they lived in California. I was able to enjoy them so much as teenagers. I am surely going to miss your informative knowledge sessions, and great spirit.

I remember hearing the beautiful story of Sheliah and Fred. It was like a fairy tale how he found her again. And to see my dear sister so happy and in love was one of the greatest joys of my life.
So when I met him, it was as if they had been together all of their lives. It seemed like there was no time lapse between them. They were truly soul mates.
What a blessing it was for Sheliah and Fred to spend this time on earth together again. God gives us the desires of our heart when we delight in Him.
While we may not understand all of what God is doing, we trust that He has everything under control. We are praying for the family and for our precious Sheliah. May God’s joy sustain you and His peace uphold you.
