Death date: Nov 26, 2020
Our family circle has been broken; a link gone from our chain. Though we’re parted for a while, we know we’ll meet again. Our beloved matriarch, Ms. Esther L. Brooks, departed this life on November 26, 2020. Her life will be celeb Read Obituary

Aunt Esther was a woman of God, strength and dignity. She was dear to me because she stood for what's right and the truth. She was stern with a good, caring heart.
Help her light to continue to shine in her children she leaves behind. Leaving a legacy involves far more than handing down a monetary inheritance or passing on a good family name. For those things will surely pass away and forever be forgotten. A lasting legacy, one that continues for eternity, is set in stone. Written on our hearts, and the hearts of our loved ones, belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of the Living God and Savior of the world is the legacy that lasts. I think we can all ask ourselves the questions, “What are the foundations of my legacy? Are they superficial things of earth or everlasting things of heaven?”
Aunt Esther definitely has created everlasting things of heaven. Her belief in Jesus Christ is the legacy that last and she leaves behind for her family. Prayers for comfort, love, understanding, healing, grace and safety...Love y'all, Soraya "Cissy" Smith 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏

Esther, will truly be missed by her family and friends. I am so happy we were friends also we were connected through our darling children, Kermit & Delesicca.
Rest In Peace, my friend

Special Tribute to Esther--
Time's Blessings......Count time by lovely memories, Not by days and years--
Count it by the handclasps, the smiles and happy tears; Count it by contentment
and daily tasks well done, by star-filled skies at evening and mornings warm with sun--
Count it by the friendships you've made along the way---and by the many times
that God has smiled upon your day...With love to the family....Aunt Wilma in Hobbs
Life is but a stopping place, a pause in what's to be. A resting place along the road, to sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, different paths along the way, we all were
meant to learn some things, but never meant to stay-----Our destination is a place,
far greater than we know. To the Family ---Keep the Faith!
