From the first moment I met Ms Effie she held a special place in my heart . I have lots of special memories that we shared while I was taking care of her. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Effie when my mother moved into Kare Kottage. They were roommates. On every visit I made in that short amount of time, Ms Effie was such and kind, loving and funny lady to visit with. We talked about her family and her career most often, but we also talked about her TV show and her sweet baby that was almost often at her side. I would always tell her how beautiful she was and she would display the biggest and beautiful smile, followed by “Thank you”.
My sincere condolences to her family and friends. She touched many lives along her journey, including mine. She will be deeply missed.
