To Mr. Thomas' family,
I had the honor and privilege of knowing Mr. Thomas. I admired his humility, his character, and his heart in responding to the injustices he experienced. He is the example for all police officers to emulate. Take comfort in knowing that he is now with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for ever were no injustice exists.

I am so thankful that I had the pleasure of spending time with Mr. T and getting to know some of his family. He was respected and loved by all of us at HPD. I will miss him dearly but cherish the personal time I was able to share with him. God Bless you all.

Mr. Thomas paved the way for many of us brothers and sisters in the Houston Police Department. We greatly honor, respect, and appreciate him for being the strongest and bravest Police Officer on this department. I send my condolences and prayers to the Thomas family.
