1924-2017
"Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road to sweet Eternity." Mrs. Dorothy J. Lawson our loving and devoted mother peacefully entered into Eternal rest April 10, 2017. We will celebrate her life in the spirit of Christian joy with a Memorial Service at 11 AM, Friday April 21st, St. James Episcopal Church, 3129 Southmore Blvd.
Left with fond memories of her life and love, she leaves her daughters, Janice Lawson, Marilyn Lawson and Arleen Lawson; sister Eugenia Ogletree; 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many other dear relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her honor to: Ivy Educational and Charitable Foundation of Houston, Inc., 1231 River Rock Drive, Missouri City, TX 77489.
