Constance Gail Burch Carter was a caring mother and friend, who was born on April 29, 1952, in Neptune, New Jersey. She lost her battle to breast cancer after years of fighting on March 28, in Plano, Texas
She was a determined young woman, who graduated from Trenton Central High School with honors, who then went on to obtain a college education in New York City, New York.
Constance attended Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Merchandising. Constance continued her education at the prestigious Columbia Business School, New York City, New York earning a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Her professional life was filled with challenges and rewards. Following her MBA, she secured a position at Exxon. She founded and was distributor for Your Legs hosiery products.
Although she made an indelible difference in each of her roles, my mother, Constance's greatest and most cherished assignment was being a mother. She would never hesitate helping a friend in need.
Constance brought joy to all who knew her. She loved spending time out with her son and the many friends that she made.
My mother was a devoted mom and a compassionate friend. My mother loved God and committed her life to Him. Her loss is felt by all who were fortunate enough to know her throughout her life. She will be deeply missed.
She leaves to carry her memory, spirit and love, her son, Burch M Carter and many dear friends.
Her life will be celebrated in the Rose Chapel of Mabrie Memorial Mortuary on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
