Our beloved father and brother, Charles E. Manuel peacefully entered into Eternal rest, January 29, 2020.
His life will be celebrated at Windsor Village Church Family, 6000 Heatherbrook Dr., Saturday, February 8th, 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 12:00 P.M.
In God's care, he leaves his loving family and loyal friends.
