Marva Moxey
On behalf of the Moxey family from Raccoon cay, I would like to extend condolences to The Rose family on the passing of Cecil Jr. I guess I was so consumed with my Father's death and the anticipation of celebrating Christmas without him that I missed this news. Cecil Jr. was always courteous and kind to The Moxey girls as we followed our Father around in his constituency, Coconut Grove. It would be fair to say that even though our political preferences took us in different directions there remained a strong tie and bond between The Moxey and Rose families. May the Lord guide and protect you all as you create new memories and cherish those that you made with Cecil Jr. He was a great person who made his mark and promoted the islands of The Bahamas with a sense of national pride. It is true that he loved family, friends and The Bahamian people. May his soul rest in peace. Marva Moxey
