1944-2017
We did not see you close your eyes, We did not see you die, All we knew was that you were gone, Without a last goodbye. It was a sudden parting, Too bitter to forget, Only those who loved you, Are the ones who will never forget.
Our loved one, Brenda Joyce Austin departed this life August 28, 2017.
Her life will be celebrated Friday, September 8th at 11 AM.
Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 10 AM.
Both services will be held in the Rose Chapel of the Mabrie Memorial Mortuary.
She leaves in God's care her sons, Alvin D. Austin II and Frederick E. Austin (Sherretta); stepson, Jerome Austin (Linda); stepdaughter, Alverna Austin; sister Evernell Carothers and many other dear relatives and friends.
Her husband, Alvin D. Austin and parents, Freddie Barrett and Minnie Barrett, preceded her in death.
