Understanding that we must all depart this place one day leaves me saddened BUT i rejoice in knowing this is not the end and we will one day see you again. To have such a great uncle for my 44 years was a blessing. And to live to be 76 in this world was also a blessing. It's with my deepest condolences to Billie's family. We met many years ago at HCSD work place. I heard his name called over the P A system. Recognizing our family name, I ask if a message would get to him that I wanted to meet him. There, we met that day as we shared similar interest in serving and helping persons that were in conflict with the laws of the land. We exchanged our contact information and some family history. The rest is history. May he now rest in perfect peace with our Lord and Savior is my prayer. My Love is sent to all who knew and loved him.
