Mrs. Betty Jean Holmes' Obituary
1940-2017
There is a day of sunny rest, For every dark and troubled night; And grief may bide an evening quest, But joy shall come with morning light. Mrs. Holmes peacefully departed this life, August 6, 2017. Her life will be celebrated at Ebenezer Praise and Worship Church, 6014 Fuqua St. Saturday, August 12th, 1:00 PM. Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 12 Noon. In God’s care she leaves her loving and devoted son, Darren Holmes (Heather); grandchildren, April Holmes, David Lyle and Wesley Holmes; great-grandchildren, Kirstyn Holmes, Dezmond
Kent and Diesel Lyle and many other dear relatives and friends. Her husband, James W. Holmes, preceded her in death.
