My thoughts are with Arthur’s family at this difficult time. I will never forget the Cane River cookbook, Arthur gave me while working with him at Anheuser Busch for 30 years. I am shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden death of my friend and co-worker.

Arthur Compton Jr. was a nice person to work with at Anheuser Busch . Always had a smile on his face and a funny little story or joke that he had to tell you about We all at AB think of each other as family so it is painful to hear this news. It is with sadness I share my thoughts on losing yet another AB co worker/ family member. With over 30 years working together this wonderful man became the voice of so much wisdom. I’m deeply saddened on hearing the passing of Mr. Compton, my deepest condolences go out to the family!For not only was he good coworker for 30 years an a excellent mentor, he was all around fun person to be with. He also brought me a little something more. Memories of my father. For you see my father was one of his trainers at Armco Steel and all he had was good things to say about working with him. And with that the full circle comes around.I will cherish both their memories forever!!!
