I was so sorry to hear of Dr.Andrea Shelton’s death earlier this year.We were friends and colleagues and co-authors of a half dozen articles. I truly valued our collaboration and valued her as a friend. My sincere condolences to her family.
My heartfelt condolences to the family of Dr. Shelton. She was truly prefessorial and a classic academician. As a faculty colleague, I enjoyed our conversations on what's in the news and current affairs. Her diligence extended beyond scholarship and teaching to taking care of her flowers/plants at work. Please accept my deepest condolences. I met Dr. Shelton in St. Kitts a few years ago and we stayed in touch. She fought valiantly, sharing her talents (her gift cards) and her humor as long as she could. In the short time we knew each other I can say that she made a lasting impression on my life.
