“The Mabrie Memorial Mortuary is a professional family business that genuinely cares. They certainly treat you like family, and are like family to us! I spoke to the owner Justin the late evening of my husband’s death. During that difficult moment he showed calmness and willingness to help! He ensured my husband’s body was picked up immediately from the hospital! This gave me a sense of comfort that my husband would be in good hands. In the midst of such a storm, I felt a sense of relief, calm, and comfort. Throughout this journey I mainly worked with Justin and occasionally Dr. Hall and both were extremely nice, kind, patient, and professional! In my opinion and observation , Justin outdid himself. Justin was very welcoming, pleasant, patient, calm, and helpful throughout the process, especially the planning process. Justin is extremely smart and kindly answered all my questions and educated me during the process! He supported my every funeral request and made me feel heard and safe! He timely contacted me throughout and kept me updated and on track at every turn. During such a difficult time, he helped me manage the process in order to ensure I did not miss any important aspects. He was such a God sent lifesaver! Dr. Hall portrayed such a sense of calmness and was pleasant, welcoming, helpful, and supportive before the funeral, as well as during the funeral, viewing, and repass! We were so grateful for his professionalism, involvement, and presence! I can’t say enough about our overall experience with the Mabrie Memorial family; that would truly do them justice. They showed a sense of class and professionalism that was so welcoming! They give new meaning to teamwork! They operate like a well-oiled machine! I will definitely share my experience with others! Mrs. Kimberly Wright Jones' FB posts kept me thinking of how important taking care of that part of life for my family. “Bittersweet to say, but Mabrie Memorial Mortuary is the only Mortuary I would use for my Loved Ones. They are professional and compassionate in all the right ways that matter when going through such a difficult time. I have used Mabrie for multiple occasions with different family members both male and female and each time I received the same above and beyond service to make sure the process of sending them to a beautiful peaceful rest is done with grace. “Losing a family member can be the hardest thing a family can endure. I would like to thank the entire staff at Mabrie Memorial Mortuary for all they did as we mourned the lost of my mother Marcelle Thompson Prevost.They were there every step of the way and fulfilled my needs beyond my expectations.They provided phenomenal service throughout the entire process with the upmost professionalism, dignity and compassion. The service was beautifully organized by the staff.
